While talking about sending a text message in the workplace, I feel that it is always convenient for the employees as we all are carrying our phones with us at almost every place so there will be fewer chances to skip the messages. Phones calls also help but if we are in a place where there is too much of sound or noise, it really becomes difficult to interact with the person over a phone call. Another advantage of text message is that it takes less time for the person to reply to the message as compared to sending emails.
